
The Squeeze Club, the latest night spot from the McGuire Hotel group, is situated in the Alexandra Hills Hotel in Brisbane?s south-east sector. The ?no-expense spared? nightclub occupies the whole of the first floor whilst the ground floor has a restaurant, gaming area, bars and function rooms. Since opening on 7th August the patron support has been staggering for an outer suburban venue, with attendances up to 1800 per night. With this many night life party people they needed a serious sound system to make the Squeeze Club jump.
Consisting of the next generation AT speaker system, the CRA Series, which uses line array principles to achieve a coherent, articulate wave front, the systems consists of 4x cluster arrays with each cluster containing 4x CRA212 Mid High cabinets and 2x CRA115B Bass Cabinets. A stereo high powered super tweeter array takes care of the extreme high frequencies whilst low frequencies are covered by the Groundswell Low Frequency Delivery System.
What processing and amplifiers would you use for such a high powered, high quality system? 3 DP-300 digital speaker management processors drive and no less than 10 DT6800 Power Amplifiers.
